Radiant Rose

I captured this image of a peach-colored rose, along with "Silk Roses", "Enchanted Rose", "Shadow Of A Rose", and "The Purple Roses". When I captured this, I wanted the light from an off-camera flash aimed up towards the roses from below, when combined with peach color of the rose, to create a warm glow. I also wanted it to cast shadows within the overlap of the petals to contrast better with the bright light of the flash. Another detail that I wanted to emphasize are the outlines of the petals as they wrap around to the center of the rose.

Printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag Ultra Smooth paper and is unframed.
