Metal Rose

I captured this image of a rose, along with "Layers Of Petals", "Pretty In Purple", "Spirit Rose", and "Table For Two", on May 12th, 2021. I originally photographed this image in monochrome (black-and-white) and adjusted several elements to give it this appearance. First, I inverted the tones of the rose to turn shadows into highlights and vice versa. Then I adjusted the overall contrast of the rose to accentuate the "light" in the center and the dark tones on petals. I also increased sharpness slightly to enhance the edge details of the petals, particularly in the center. Lastly, I replaced the background with a white-to-black color gradient. As I was making these adjustments to the rose in my photo editing software, I decided to use all of these elements to give it a metallic appearance.

Printed on aluminum sheets with a white base. Limited to 150 productions per size. Available only to members of the Platinum Club.

Available in 20" x 16", 30" x 24", 40" x 30", and 50" x 40" sizes with Matte, Semi-Gloss, and Glossy Finish options.
