An Autumn Forest

I captured this nature portrait of my backyard on October 31st, 2019. I was adjusting settings on my camera and taking test shots to make sure that I configured it correctly and produced this image. When I saw this image, I was shocked at how vibrant and sharp that it turned out to be, especially since I shot it through a window. I adjusted the white balance a little bit "warmer' (more amber) to emphasize the warm colors of the entire image. I love how the window gave the image a subtle soft focus effect as well. After I went through the test shots that I captured, I was amazed at how well what was intended to be a test shot became an excellent fine art print.

Printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag Ultra Smooth paper. Limited to 150 productions per size.
